ChemBizR - Business/Team Growth Leader

- Help in selective recruiting/ team building of the specialty chemicals/ polymer research & consulting group. This will require to precisely screen strategic fit profiles for positions across different roles and responsibilities.

- Strategic Digital Marketing: Selectively decide and mobilize the online presence of a company's regular activities through blogs, articles, news articles, etc. over both company websites and relevant industry forums.

- Promoting Team Knowledge Building Activities: Ideate and enhance the internal protocol/ process of team knowledge building session for exposition to frequent global developments in the specialty chemicals industry.

- Project Delivery Review/ Editorials: Participate in client deliverables and presentation meetings through the support editorial reviews and cross-checking, thereby, ensuring better quality and value output regularly.
