The Role: - We are looking for a Manager to lead our Financial Systems Group BI team at Delhi. You will lead a team of passionate BI developers, Data Engineers and Systems Analysts. The Finance Business Intelligence team is central to Cheggâ€™s data analysis and reporting initiatives - we use data and analysis to support every business line and functional organization at the company. - It is a team composed of passionate and skilled data enthusiasts willing to go extra mile to help Finance community at Chegg. You will coordinate with our Santa Clara team to understand the roadmap for the team and help us execute this roadmap. - You will work closely with the engineering teams as well as with the business community. This position will require exceptional technical, analysis, data visualization and communication skills, as well as ability to collaborate effectively in multi geography on/off-shore model. Responsibilities : - Lead a team of Data Engineers, BI Developers and Business Systems Analysts. - Become a trusted partner of finance and accounting teams, who provides expert advice in the usage and interpretation of data. - Identify impactful opportunities to improve our analytical measurement approaches and shape the roadmap based on such learning to keep us moving forward. - Build Dashboards and Interactive Reports using Tableau on a Cloud based Enterprise Data Warehousing Environment for multiple business units. - Represent Finance and Accounting on projects and initiatives involving processes and systems. - Manage our NetSuite ERP, Leeyo RevPro Revenue software and Anaplan EPM. - Map processes to ensure end-to-end requirements are addressed. - Identify opportunities to improve or leverage existing systems. - Co-ordinate the testing, training and user development on the Finance systems. - Work with our users to define and document new system and reporting requirements, and build the needed reports. Requirements: -&nbsp;10+ years of experience in BI / data analytics in financial reporting domain. -&nbsp;4+ years of experience in managing BI / Data analytics teams - Strong SQL skills; comfortable using various data access tools - Good knowledge for AWS technologies such as Redshift, Aurora, EMR - Experience with NetSuite ERP&nbsp;will be a big plus. - Self-motivated, independent, organized and proactive, highly responsive, flexible and adaptable when working across multiple teams. - Passionate about producing high-quality analytics deliverables and communicating recommendations effectively to a broad audience. - Great relationship building &amp; communication skills. The ability to drive inter-departmental priorities and influence business process development and implementation is key. - Ability to multi-task, managing multiple priorities concurrently. - Excel wizardry is a requirement.
