- The role will be managing the Learning and Development efforts for all the Business units across various levels and functions including leadership development
Responsibilities :
- Designing, developing and implementing a capability-based training framework for various roles in the organization
- Leading the Training needs analysis efforts both from an individual employee as well as organizational intervention perspective
- Understanding Behavioral and Leadership development needs of the businesses in order to design and deliver high impact learning programs
- Establishing and periodically reviewing the methods for measuring & monitoring effectiveness of training programs
- Support the development of High potential employees at senior and middle managerial levels, ensuring a robust pipeline of high performing professional talent
- Leading the efforts of Sales Capability Development to improve productivity and engagement
- Support subject matter experts in developing learning content and design in alignment with business needs
- Responsible for leading and driving the Corporate level capability development agenda in the organisation
- Responsible for implementation i.e. facilitation of training programs ( both Classroom workshops and E-learning) and managing all the operational aspects of running a program right from nomination process to recording Impact evaluation/feedback
- Learning Management System - Lead and handle all aspects of the learning process in LMS including content management
Desired Skills & Experience :
- MBA in HR with minimum 6-8 years of experience in handling Learning &Development function for medium to large-scale teams
- Experience in Learning & Development role in Hospitality/FMCG industry will be highly preferred
- Proven track record in designing, planning and implementing leadership development programs along with Project management experience
- Experience in successfully leading and managing learning systems, including implementation of Knowledge Management (KM) related programs on an organization-wide basis
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, results-oriented environment requiring a high degree of flexibility
- Willingness and flexibility to travel to various regional offices, spread across the country
Salary Range :- 15 lacs - 21 lacs
