Chef's Basket - Demand & Supply Planner - FMCG - IIT

Job Description :-

- Plays a key leadership role in the S&OP process and drives alignment with cross-functional partners such as COEs, Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing and Supply Chain in order to achieve better visibility in made to stock environment.

- Coordinate with multiple teams to develop monthly consensus forecast model incorporating business intelligence, and forecast information gathered from Sales,Planning and Supply Chain.

- Lead and facilitate the monthly S&OP process to develop updated short and long term consensus forecasts. Serve as integration point between various forecast predictions.

- Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function.

- Provide input to the Supply Planning organization in the development of inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-ins & phase-outs.

Essential Skills :

- Demonstrated proficiency in statistics, forecasting, and forecasting methods with understanding of financial and operational impacts.

- Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, and presentation skills.

- Ability to take lead and work independently in highly unstructured environment.

- Good facilitation skills required.

Educational Qualification

- Must be a B tech (any stream) from IIT

- 0-3 years of experience

- Experience preferably in a manufacturing set up

Salary Range :- Upto Rs 12 lacs per annum
