Chatbot Product Manager - Financial Services
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, outlining feature releases, enhancements, and iterations for the chatbot. Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and execute on the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality chatbot features.
2. User Experience: Champion a seamless and intuitive user experience to create user- friendly interfaces and interactions within the chatbot.
3. Stakeholder management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the chatbot product strategy, evaluate stakeholder requirements and ensure end to end delivery of their requirements
4. Data Analysis: Monitor and evaluate chatbot performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization in order to reach certain business metrics
5. Communication: Regularly communicate product updates, milestones, and key performance indicators to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
6. User Feedback: Collect and analyze user feedback to continuously enhance the chatbot's capabilities and responsiveness to user needs.
7. Market Research and competition benchmarking: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings
Qualifications:
1. Technical degree preferably in Computer Science.
2. Overall experience of more than 5 years with 3 years in product management. Must have a focus on chatbot or conversational AI products (preferable) or experience on enhancing customer experiences
3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
5. Understanding of SaaS and cloud based products
