Qualified CA for Statutory Audit role at CA firms & Big 4/5

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Planning and execution of statutory audits of body corporate entities, listed & unlisted companies, banks, etc.

2. Conducting statutory audit as per IND AS, IFRS & US GAAP.

3. Discussion of queries with the management and timely resolution of the same.

4. Review of standalone and consolidated financial statements.

5. Ensure compliance with engagement plans, internal quality & risk management procedures.

6. Lead audit engagement on its own with direct reporting to Partners.

7. Finalization of assurance assignments independently.

Candidate Requirement :

1. CA with 0 - 6 years of relevant experience with DISA/CISA qualification (preferred)

2. Sound Knowledge of IND AS, IFRS and other Accounting Standards. Auditing Standard, guidance notes issued by ICAI, Documentation etc.

3. Having knowledge/experience in handling end-to-end Statutory Audits for Listed & unlisted companies, for Banks or having experience in Concurrent Audit of Banks.

4. Sound knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point

5. One can lead the team and handle the client interaction end to end.

6. Good Communication skills

7. Should be open to hybrid work model.
