Chartered Accountant - Software Business

CA for Accounting (Software) at Employee Benefit organization The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting for SAAS-based products and services.

Key responsibilities:

- Tax planning for individual, corporate and partnership tax returns.

- Handling Payroll and Compliances for the firm.

- Work closely with the tax department to ensure the performance of tax planning, client Interaction.

- Creating MIS and other financials on regular basis.

- Closely working with the CEO and managing the monthly and weekly finances.

- Following up with the team internally/externally for AR/AP.

- Collaborate with staff on income tax preparation and planning.

- Represent clients with IRS, State or other audits.

- Review completed tax forms and provide recommendations to members of our Team when needed.

- Research and resolve tax and accounting issues affecting our firm.

- GST returns

- End-to-end account and finance management.

- Any form filing/compliance

- All returns including TDS, Payroll related returns including PF, ESIC etc.

- Any other financial compliance.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing

- Communication and exceptional service

Candidate requirement:

- CA with 2 to 3 years of experience with relevant expertise.

- Worked with a startup in a similar field (FinTech, gifting & rewards platform).

- Complete in-depth knowledge of QuickBooks.

- In-depth tax knowledge at the local, state and federal levels.

- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to clients.

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- CA certification is required.
