We are hiring for an Oil trading/shipping Company

Location - Belapur

Role - Chartered Accountant (female)

This requirement is for female candidates only, rest can apply as we have multiple opportunity.

Experience - Min 2years post qualification.

Qualification - CA qualified (max 3rd attempt passout)

Budget - 10-13LPA (Fixed) + variables

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage financial systems and budgets:

- Report the company's financial performance regularly to management.

- Keep updated financial records for every transaction.

- Manage the documentation for every transaction (as required) with relevant stakeholders including suppliers, shipping companies, clearance companies, etc.

- Undertake financial audits (an independent check of the firm's financial position).

- Provide financial advice.

- Liaise with investors (individuals or businesses) and provide financial information.

- Review the company's systems and analyze risk.

- Advise on tax planning (within current legislation to enable the company to minimise tax liability) and tax issues associated with activities.

- Maintain accounting records and prepare accounts.

- Manage junior colleagues.

- Liaise with internal and external auditors (where applicable) and deal with any financial irregularities as they arise.

- Prepare financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts.

- Arrange financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting; contribute to investor reports / pitches.

- Liaise with banks as required.

Qualifications:

- Undergraduate degree or graduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance.

- CA certification.

- General business interest and awareness.

- Self-motivation and commitment.

- Communication and interpersonal skills.

- Organizational and time management skills.

- A methodical approach.

- IT proficiency, especially in accounting software such as Tally and ERP software.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Numeracy.

- Manage financial systems and budgets.
