Oversee bookkeeping. Finalization of account. 2. Supporting Internal Audit 3. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements. 4. Assisting senior management in financial planning and results management. Work with other team members to understand revenue and cost drivers and define appropriate reports for tracking. 5. Coordinating, preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. 6. Coordinating and/or preparing tax schedules, returns and information. 7. Managing relationships with insurance providers and ensuring compliance. 8. Managing all tax planning and compliance with all required federal, state, local, payroll, property and other applicable taxes. 9. Assist in establishing short- and long-term departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures. 10. Design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure to effectively accomplish the departmental goals and objectives. 11. Coordinate financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements 12. Perform daily operations of the finance and accounting department. 13. Other finance and administrative duties as required. Executed statutory and tax audit of company. 14. Preparation and filling of returns of individual and companies. 15. Conducted income tax assessment /reassessment including handling of various tax planning issues for companies 16. Reconciliation of creditor's bank (B R S) reconciliation 17. Auditing which includes checking & verification of purchase bills, sales bills, cash vouchers, bank reconciliation and stock reconciliation. 18. Computation of tax (TDS employee's & vender) & down loading of TDS certificates from trace. 19. Working Knowledge of GST 20. Responsible for deduct and deposit TDS on regular basis & filling of quarterly TDS returns for the specified period. Preferred Skills and Qualifications - Educational Qualifications and Experience: C.A (mandatory). - Around 2-3 Years- experience in Banking & Finance industry, preferably in NBFC Sector. - Knowledge of Tally, ERP/SAP any other accounting packages adjustable to business requirements and accounting processes. - Understanding of finance and NBFC business. - Team Handling Experience (2-5 member team) - Good working knowledge of Indian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, Indian Accounting Standards, Companies Act and Income Tax Act, GST/TDS etc. - Bank Audits Experience - Knowledge of RBI Prudential norms for NBFC. - Knowledge of RBI Policies & Reporting. - Good Software Knowledge related to accounts and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent communication skills. - Excellent interpersonal skills. - Ability to communicate and work together successfully with various groups/departments within the organization.
