LOOKING FOR A CA WHO IS CURRENTLY WORKING IN THAILAND OR WORKED EARLIER IN THAILAND. They are in to production of Steel Wires and Ropes incorporated in 1980 Annual manufacturing capacity of 36,000 MT This is joint venture between India and leading Industrialists in Thailand Looking for an Indian national with 10+ years experience from manufacturing background and based in Bangkok, Thailand. The Group is highly vertically integrated with its own facilities from mining operation, iron ore, sponge iron manufacturing, steel making, hot rod rolling, wire drawing, strands, ropes manufacturing as well as construction of ropeways. The group also has manufacturing facilities for Jelly Filled Cables and Optic Fibre Cables. They have its own distribution network of affiliated companies & other dealers around the world. It became a Public Company Limited in 1997. Job Description : 1. Working closely with key business heads, local finance team and Corporate Finance team and managing all the reporting requirements for the location. 2. Managing statutory audits, tax audits, tax assessments and other regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with the relevant local laws of the location. 3. Managing cash flows, working capital & other operational needs. 4. Liasoning with lawyers, consultants, bankers, auditors etc. 5. Working closely with Country Head, Compliance Head, Principals & business partners to finalize commercial terms and Principal agreements. 6. Compliance with internal audit requirements and setting up and implementing an effective compliance mechanism and internal controls. 7. Working closely with the CIO for maintaining and improving the efficiency of operating systems, ERPs, dashboards and other reporting systems in the location.
