- Reporting to Chief Finance Officer  - Assisting CFO in finalization of financial statements, consolidation of financial statement as per the provisions of Companies Act 2013 and Accounting standards  - Preparation of periodic management accounts  - Filing Income Tax Returns and assessment of Income Tax Cases, GST in compliance with Statutory Tax Acts.  - Notify day to day changes in Companies/ Income Tax Act & Accounting Standards etc.  - Proficient in excel worksheet  - Work assigned from time to time  - Good Communication Skills  Preparation and finalization of financial statements.   - Preparation & E-Filing of Income Tax Return   - Preparation of MIS Reports  - Preparation of Company Annual Return and various Forms of ROC, Minutes and Resolutions.  - Preparation of Cash Flow Statement  - Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement  - Reconciliation of Debtors, Creditors and Branches balances.  - Communication with clients & other miscellaneous jobs.  The Candidate should be used to working late .
