Chartered Accountant - Investor Relations - Insurance

The primary responsibility includes activities pertaining to Investor Relations function, MIS and Competition tracking, Cost comparison

Role and Responsibility:

- Responsible for preparing Financial Press

- Release on a quarterly / annual basis

- Result presentation and Investor presentation

- Performing various in-depth competitive analysis on General Insurance companies

- Tracking industry as well as peer performance and carrying out detail sector research

- Identifying unusual trends or variations in performance of various General Insurance Companies

- Managing documentation of various Due Diligence / Strategic initiatives

- Driving the initiative of building a robust CFO

- Dashboard - Financial modelling and evaluation of various projects

- Various Statistical reporting to management

- Required Skills Proficiency in MS Excel and Power point

- Experience working in SAP or any other ERP

- Exposure to other reporting tools like Power BI,

- Click-sense will be an added advantage

- Other Skills Excellent communication and Inter-personal skills

- Proactively recognises problems within scope of responsibilities and identify options and solutions

- Good analytical, numerical, and logical problem- solving skills
