Responsibilities :

- The candidate should be carrying out research assignments; Must be proficient with Financial Research, Competitive Benchmarking, Financial Statement Analysis, Earnings Analysis, Financial Modeling, and Valuation

- Must have the ability to Conduct high quality research, analysis and financial modelling for sector agnostic companies.

- Build financials models from scratch and evaluate financial models worldwide for sector agnostic companies

- Assist the leadership with the on-going projects

- Supporting Senior Management in executing deals for target companies and analyzing target companies' financials versus actuals

- Must carry significant experience in client management, project scoping, project mapping, proposal creation & team management

- Must carry experience in performing valuation using Discounted Cash flow (DCF) method, Exit Multiple, Precedent Transaction Analysis and Relative Valuation

- Should have the capability to analyzing the strategy and performance of the world's leading companies, research and develop financial and operational model base for the companies under coverage list.

- Provide Benchmarking performance of companies based on Industry specific financial and operational metrics.

Qualifications :

- CA with proficiency in financial modeling.

- Must be willing to travel at short notice
