Chartered Accountant - International Audit & Account Management - Tech Firm

CA - International Audit and Account management

Requirements:

- The successful candidate should possess the CA/CPA.

- 6-7 years of relevant experience in GL accounting and audits of India and International operations

- Previous position preferably in a Start-up or a Tech company.

- Experience of managing ERP system and other financial systems. Preferably NetSuite,Chargebee, etc.

- Proficiency in managing accounting of high growth operations in global environment.

- Good understanding of business and financial issues

- Ability to work in tight deadlines.

- Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills

- The client is looking for someone to handle the day to day accounting operations

- They need to have experience with global intercompany accounts reconciliation. Candidates with only India experience will probably be rejected.

- Candidates without experience in inter-company accounts handling and reconciliation will also probably be rejected.

- This is a basic accounting role. However, avoid candidates having AR / AP Managers as their title.

- Look for candidates with similar titles - "GL Accounts Manager", "Finance Manager", "Financial Manager", etc.

- Early joiner is preferable, but we can push candidates with upto 30 days notice period.
