Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in Internal Audit for our client. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has prior experience in working in the domain of Internal Audit with organisations in either the Real estate, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Construction, Oil&Gas, Power and utilities, or the energy space.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant with 6+ years of Internal Audit experience
- Effective communication and senior stakeholder management skills
- Prior working experience in Real estate, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Construction, Oil&Gas, Power and utilities, or the energy space.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Monitor engagements progress, manage risk, and verify key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes constantly
- Planning for test of controls & walkthroughs based on control frequency
- Performing Process & control Walkthroughs to check design effectiveness in the process implemented
- Reviewing control process with control owners.
- Follow-up's & continuous monitoring to remediate the issues
- Preparing flowchart for business processes
- Communicating the results of assignments through written reports and oral presentations on a timely basis
- Research, compile and introduce leading practices in the industry in terms of management style, processes, practices, tools, and technology
- Maintain internal quality guidelines for the engagement within the budgeted time.
Duration :
This opportunity is usually for 3 - 12 months on a contractual basis and the selected professional will be required to travel to middle east for this role.
