1. Ares to be handled:
a. Budgeting: Collating budget for the year from corporate functions. Rationale of deviation from plan vs actual each month.
b. Forecasting: Forecasting the expenses for the company basis actuals at YTD level
c. Expense analysis: Analysis of movement in expenses month on month at Company level
d. Provisions: Provisioning of expenses during month end
e. Cost reduction: Driving cost reduction
2. Technical aspect:
a. Hands on experience in Excel, Word, PPT
b. Basic understanding of accounting concepts
3. Behavioral aspect:
a. Self-driven and willing to stretch to meet deadlines
b. Attention to details
c. Good communication skills
4. Key interactions:
a. Statutory/internal auditors
b. Various provision users across the Company
c. Financial control and SOX team
d. All corporate functions
