Profile - Chartered Accountant

Qualification - CA Completed

Responsibilities :

- Working knowledge in SAP .

- Monthly and End-year process.

- Accounts payable/receivable.

- Cash receipts.

- General ledger.

- Payroll and Utilities.

- Treasury, Budgeting.

- Cash forecasting.

- Revenue and expenditure variance analysis.

- Capital assets reconciliations.

- Fixed asset activity and debt activity.

- Monitor and analyses accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.

- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, internal controls and principles.

- Coordinate and complete annual audits.

- Comply with statutory regulations.

- Provide recommendations.

- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.

- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.

- Meet financial accounting objectives.

- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.

- Solve problems arising out on a routine basis and take pro-active actions to curb such situations.

- GST, TDS and other labour laws regular monthly compliances.

Skills and Requirements :

- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases

- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data

- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations, accounting standards, IFRS and GAAP.

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to direct and supervise

- Audit and financial statements finalization experience.

- Experience of working on SAP and other accounting software's.

- Knowledge of POS software's with inventory control experience.

- Candidates with prior experience of trading and Retail industries preferred.

- Thorough knowledge of GST, Income Tax and other regulatory laws prevailing in India.
