URGENT Required Chartered Accountant for reputed organization at Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We seek applications for the position of Chartered Accountant for a reputed broking house at Chembur, Mumbai with lots of growth prospects in your career. Prospective candidates will have Minimum 3-5 years of experience of working in any medium to large sized corporate with minimum 1-2 years' experience of working in listed company. Further details as follow:

Industry: BFSI Sector - Financial Service Company

Designation: Manager - Accounts

Qualification: Chartered Accountant

(Should not be appearing for exams / pursuing other courses requiring leaves.)

Reporting to : General Manager / Management

Number of Positions: 01

Job Location: Chembur, Mumbai.

Gender: Male / Female

Working Days: 6 days in a week

Job Timing: 9:30am - 6:30pm

Experience: 3 to 5 years + Experience

CTC: 10L to 12L PA

Joining: Immediate / ASAP

Preference: Permanent Resident of Mumbai shall be preferred

Job Description:

Job Description Key Roles and Responsibilities included but not limited to:

- Heading the Team / Accounts Department

- Looking after the overall accounts function & preparing the Quarterly & Annual Financial Statements.

- Handling Quarterly Limited Review with Auditors

- Handling Final Statutory Audit & closing of accounts

- Handling Tax Audit & filing of Income Tax Return of Income

- Preparing MIS reports as per the requirement of the management.

- Preparation of cash flow, Budgets and Projections.

- Responsibility for the entire Finance Function including preparation of cash flows, projections , budgets, internal controls etc.

- Knowledge of Accounting standards & policies, CARO, IND -AS, IAS.

- Computation of TDS with its timely deposits & filing of the returns and issuing TDS certificates.

- Preparation and filing of GST Returns & Income Tax Returns.

- Preparing scrutiny assessment details regarding Income Tax and GST Matters.

- Regular reconciliations of the Ledgers, Ledger Scrutiny of Debtors & Creditors.

- Interaction with Internal Auditors, Statutory Auditors, & Consultants.

- Maintaining relationships for regular Bank operations.

- Should have sound working knowledge of Listed Company Compliance like SEBI Rules & Regulation, Companies Act' 2013 and BSE listing Compliances.

- Fully Conversant with Tally and MS Excel.

- Experience of handling Team together with allocation of various function, monitoring and ensuring end result of compliances on due dates as required.

Skills Set:

- Fluent in Excel & Tally

- Pleasant personality

- In depth knowledge of Accounts & Finance

- Fluent in spoken English, Hindi,

- Team Player

- Should be able to handle & build a team to meet the requirements
