Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with The Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as applicable.

2. Consolidation: Manage the consolidation of financial data from multiple entities or business units, ensuring accurate and complete reporting.

3. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements and provide insights to support strategic decision-making and business performance improvement.

4. Compliance: Stay up to date with accounting standards and regulatory changes, ensuring the company's financial reporting remains compliant.

5. Auditing: Coordinate and liaise with external auditors during the annual audit process, providing necessary documentation and addressing audit inquiries.

6. Internal Controls: Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure the accuracy of financial data.

7. Financial Reporting Software: Utilize financial reporting and analysis software/tools to streamline the reporting process and enhance data accuracy.

8. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement in financial reporting and drive efficiency in reporting procedures.

9. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with other departments to provide accurate financial projections.

10. Ad-hoc Projects: Participate in special financial projects as required by the organization, such as mergers and acquisitions, financial system implementations, or process redesigns.

Qualifications :

- Chartered Accountant (CA) designation or equivalent certification is mandatory.

- Fresher or 1-5 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in a similar industry or role.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (INDAS/IFRS) and financial reporting requirements.

- Proficiency in using financial reporting and analysis software/tools.

- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Strong ethics and integrity in handling financial data.
