Job Description:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive annual budgets and rolling forecasts aligned with business objectives.

- Perform variance analysis to identify and explain deviations from budget and forecast.

- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis to support business partner needs.

- Design and implement MIS dashboards and reports to provide key financial insights to management.

- Monitor and analyze industry trends and their impact on the company's financial performance.

- Support the implementation of cost management initiatives and efficiency improvements.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to gain deep understanding of business operations and drivers.

- Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

- Stay abreast of new developments in FP&A, budgeting, and MIS best practices.
