Pre-requisite qualification: Chartered Accountant,

Pre-requisites /experience:

- Must have client facing role with handling a team of at least 5 reportees.

- Must have minimum of 8 (eight) 10 to 12 years of post qualification experience (PQE) in consulting domain comprising mainly of advisory work in areas such as Companies Act, equity / capital market transactions, different SEBI Regulations, and foreign exchange regulations. Any litigation work pertaining to these areas/ audit experience is also appreciated and shall be considered as pre- requisite PQE.

- Must have experience of independent handling, leading and representing of the consulting assignments either before the clients and/ or regulators (if any) for at least 2 to 3 6 to 7 years within the overall PQE.

- Any advisory work experience in respect of equity-based compensation, employee welfare trust and direct taxation, though not a pre-requisite but shall be highly desirable.

- Policy advocacy before the regulators, drafting of newsletters for client communication, assistance in brand building and business development endeavors are highly desirable.

- Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

- Preferred source industry: Tier 1 Law firm, Big 4 Consulting, or other reputed consulting firms.

Expectation/ role/ requirements:

- The job involves management consulting and advisory work in connection with structuring of ESOPs and other equity based compensation plans with a focus on legal/ compliance/ transaction aspects of ESOPs, equity shares and other capital instruments.
