Chartered Accountant - Finance

CA having 3+ yrs of experience ; Bangalore

Immediate requirement for CA with 3+ yrs of experience interested to work with firms.

Below are the responsibilities as a Finance Manager Role:

- Handling Internal Auditors, Statutory or any other Auditors.

- Maintain overall accounting policies and procedures.

- Preparation and finalization of Financial Statements monthly.

- Liaise with the auditors for finalization of Financial Statements and assistance in resolving audit queries.

- Assist in regulatory compliance under Income Tax Act.

- Supervising Monthly TDS computation ; Employee / non-employee.

- Filing of TDS returns.

- Liaise with auditors in respect of tax audit under section 44AB.

- Computation of income-tax and filing of income-tax returns.

- Preparation of monthly variance analysis report.

- Preparation of other reports required from time to time for consumption of management.

- Overlooking FAR, Prepaid, Mutual Fund and other Statutory Dues workings.

- Preparing Compliance report as part of MIS reporting.
