We have urgent requirement for Qualified CA Freshers

Role: Corporate Credit

Exp: Qualified CA Freshers

Location: Chennai

CTC: 9 LPA

General Job Responsibility:

Principal Accountabilities Strategic

- Evaluate proposal at first level, meeting criteria

- Prepare CAM, WAS score, Banking Analysis

- Primary data collection on Company stability, ownership and financials

Tactical:

- Co-ordinate with Counterpart for the transaction conditions

- Implement the sanction condition within timeframe

- Understand the Direct Assignment Pool and selection criteria

- Work closely with partner, internal and external staff for closure of the deal

- Work with HHF teams / vendors on processing of DA deals

- Monitor the progress frequently

- Evaluate against covenants and trigger, any early wrong signals

- For DA -takeover, work with IT/RMC teams for fulfilling conditions

- Provide weekly tracker on progress against key items
