Chartered Accountant - Direct Taxation - CA Firm

BNC is hiring CA for mid size CA firms for Delhi location.

1. Knowledge of FEMA, Taxation(Direct and Indirect), Laws and procedures for amalgamation/mergers, demergers and acquisition.

2. Knowledge of Transfer pricing regulation and assessments.

3. Knowledge of assessment proceedings & scrutiny matters.

4. Knowledge of best practices in the industry.

5. Preparation of income-tax computation, filling e-file returns etc.

6. Preparing reconciliation between assesses records vis- vi communication from tax authorities.

7. Analysis of various tax laws/DTAAs/recent updates and case laws.

Desired Candidate Profile:

CA with 1 to 2 years of experience in Direct Tax and Litigation.

Experience in CA Firm & any industry is prefer

Candidate based on Janakpuri & Rajendra Palace Delhi is prefer.
