Chartered Accountant - Business Planning & Forecasting - Real Estate

Looking for CA with 7 years of experience in Financial Planning, Financial Analysis, Forecasting, MIS,Investment.

Compensation : 15-25 Lacs

Location : Delhi/ Gurgaon

Job Profile :

- Business Review and Reporting

- Strategic Planning and analysis.

- Developing complex project excel models for JDAs, JVs etc. for commercial lease and sale, residential, warehousing etc.

- Detailed cost analysis

- Calculation of NPV

- Driving Initiatives for management control/ efficiency improvement e.g. Working capital related initiative- Inventory, Cash flow etc.

- Tracking financials of projects

- Preferred from IPC/ Consulting/ Real estate
