JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Segment wise volume and revenue reconciliation month end.

2. Day to day Invoicing and collection Monitoring.

3. Billing commercials.

4. Tender works with Government agencies.

5. Customer Agreements & Commercials.

6. Rail Business revenue & Costing analysis.

7. Customer Ledger reconciliation.

8. Coordination with SSC for time-bound billing and receipts tagging

9. Revenue leakage control checks with Operations.

10. JSW, JSPL, and steel customer Key account person for Agreements, collection, and third-party audits.

11. Shipping Line Payment follow-up, reconciliations, and data sharing.

12. PGR in Imports details.

13. Transportation local commercials.

14. GST returns review and support to SSC.

15. Credit Note Approvals for customers.

16. Internal audit and external audit support.

17. Providing the required data to HO for Incentive calculation.

18. Providing the data for shipping line tender works.

19. Transportation Margin report.

20. Customer-wise Volume and Revenue preparation.

21. Rake-wise revenue and cost of the Rail freight and Transportation

22. Weekly Debtors reporting and conducting the review call with KAM

23. Weekly Report sharing to RO (Revenue, receipts, DSO, Debtors and Creditors)

24. Supporting in Board meeting data.

25. Supporting CEO & PT reports.

26. Providing the data for Budgets.

27. Customer Master data updating.

28. Reviewing revenue GLs in Oracle.

29. Monthly Revenue provision workings.

30. Monthly Rail Expenses provision workings

31. Sharing the quotations to commercials team.

32. Attending the customer and Marketing team calls resolving the issues.
