- Provide support services to Insolvency Professionals.

- Due diligence of the Resolution Applicant.

- Resolution plan preparation while ensuring the compliance of the applicable laws to the target entity.

- Minutes preparation and coordination with the creditors.

- Other activities within the domain of insolvency code.

- Excellent team player with positive & proactive attitude

- Ability to work independently.
