Job Responsibilities :

- Analysis of entries to be passed for consolidation.

- Preparation of financial reporting format to be sent to subsidiaries.

- Validation of the following to ensure accuracy:

- Elimination of Items required to be eliminated at consol level;

- Correct calculation and accounting of non-controlling interest; and Netting off of deferred tax.

- Validation of the data loaded in the Hyperion, to trace out unknown differences.

- Validation that all the eliminations and adjustments have an appropriate IP identified to it for eg. revenue account is not tagged to unallocated IP, other income, interest expense, tax expense, tax assets are tagged to unallocated IP, and goodwill of the subsidiaries is identified as per the segment policy document.

- Performance of financial checks in working files to ensure segments match with the financials. for eg: matching the total revenue, expense, assets and liabilities amount as per segments with the total amount as per financials .

- Verification at standalone and consol level to ensure that the threshold and segmentation logic as per accounting standards are complied with.

- Segment Disclosure

- Verification of major IP wise client wise variances from respective team

- Preparation of disclosure note on related party in line with the applicable accounting standard for Consolidated Ind AS and IFRS financial reporting.

- Validation that data in quarter/annual reports are in synchronization with SEBI reporting.

- Liaising with the Auditor
