Supervisor : Reports to the CEO

Overview: Responsible for auditing accounts and managing financial performance. Tasks include financial reporting, taxation, auditing, and advising on financial matters. Must maintain accurate records and liaise with stakeholders and investors. Represents the company's financial interests with third parties and builds relationships with banks.

Responsibilities:

- Manage financial systems and budgets.

- Report financial performance to management regularly.

- Maintain updated financial records for transactions.

- Manage transaction documentation with stakeholders.

- Conduct financial audits and provide advice.

- Liaise with investors and analyze risk.

- Advise on tax planning within legal frameworks.

- Prepare financial statements and manage junior colleagues.

- Liaise with auditors and address irregularities.

- Arrange financial reports and forecasts.

- Interact with banks as needed.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.

- CA Qualified.

- Strong business acumen.

- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.

- Organized and IT proficient, especially in accounting software.

- Analytical and numerate with leadership qualities.

- Demonstrates integrity and trustworthiness.
