Chartered Accountant

Candidate in the article ship period must have knowledge in corporate taxation, IDT and into audit.

Communication skills are mandatory - English

Industry - Real estate, Construction, Healthcare, Service, Trading or anything specific.

- Have experience working with listed clients

- Basic Exp in Compliance, Advisory and Litigation

- Apart from corporate clients worked on Individuals, Companies, HUF, and LLPs.

- Recent CA cleared students and the attempts should be less than 5 for CA final exams.

- Tax Compliance:

- Assist in preparing and filing corporate tax returns accurately and within deadlines.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and laws.

Tax Planning and Advisory:

- Work closely with senior team members to analyze and recommend tax-efficient strategies for clients.

- Provide insights on potential tax savings and optimization opportunities.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

- Maintain organized and up-to-date tax files and documentation.

- Prepare supporting schedules for tax returns and audits.

Client Interaction:

- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information for tax filings.

- Address client queries and provide timely responses.
