Charoen Pokphand India Pvt Ltd is a thai based conglomerate, having presence in india from last 20 years.

Recently it has launched a brand called "Five Star Chicken".

We are looking for Manager - IT with following responsibilities:

1. Overall responsibility for the Information Technology infrastructure for Food Division.

2. Develop and maintain retail POS system to ensure reporting and proper matrix data is being collected for proper analysis.

3. Collaborates with internal departments; finance, IT, store ops to manage their needs to get functionality out of store systems being set up.

4. Develop IT strategy, Operatiing procedures, in conjunction with business managers to ensure it supports and facilitates achievement of business objectives.

5. Participate in development of business strategy – advising on IT related issues and opportunities.

6. Assess emerging information technologies to determine potential value for the company. Identify technologies to be introduced and integrated within the company.

7. Advise senior management on strategic systems conversions and post acquisition integrations in support of business goals and objectives.

8. Bring major information technology issues before the senior management, including policy proposals, new initiatives and strategic plans.

9. Manage the IT team – with direct responsibility for both infrastructure and applications.

10. Evaluate overall operations of IT functions and recommend enhancements.

11. Oversee the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to existing computer systems and software packages.

12. Manage Retail telecommunications infrastructure.

13. Develop and establish operating policies and approaches for IT – including data integrity, security, backups and disaster recovery planning.

14. Establish Retail IT infrastructure to support and guide individual divisions/departments/functions such as Ratail (Sales& Ops),Franchisee care,Call centre,Home delivery,Business partners to production and logistics/distribution dept

15. Providing various reports and MIS

16. Other duties as assigned.
