Charmboard is a place to discover and save more from inspiring moments in a video - we call them - Charms. 270 Million Charms have already been discovered since our inception and we're clocking ~ 23 Million charms a month right now. Against every charm, more rich content can be added where brands can invest. And that's where the monetization opportunity lies.

We're looking for Business Development Managers

Experience - 3- 7 years

We're looking for Business Development Managers who can help our prospective clients usher in the next wave of innovation in building their brands.

What will your life look like at Charmboard?

- In the first few months, you are likely to prospect a lot. That means a lot of account-based marketing

- You will be required to evangelize the product in our target segments and challenge their marketing status quo. Imagine the headrush taking on marketeers at their own game (in a nice way of course)

- Expect a lot of C-level influencing. Apart from the excitement, it also expands your network

- We're in early stage of monetization. You get to create something yourself here and call it your own.

Role Objectives:

- Improve Charmboard's market penetration in terms of # of paying accounts (segment-wise, product-wise)

- Get prospects to listen and care about the problem(s) we solve for them

- Influence prospects to change their current thinking / approach to marketing and adopt new, innovative marketing methods (like Charmboard)
