Job Summary :

- Marketing at Chargebee is at the front-line of driving revenue growth by capturing and creating demand to generate pipeline and by delivering innovative webinar programs.

- The overriding responsibility of this role is planning, producing, and delivering engaging webinar programs to support our demand generation efforts.

- The individual is expected to have effective presentation skills and the ability to thrive in a fast- paced environment with competing demands

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the webinar strategy, planning, and execution for Chargebee Multi-Product GTM.

- Prepare key messaging, narratives, and presentation materials along with the webinar speaker to deliver an effective webinar session.

- Work with the cross functional team on the go-to- market strategy and approach.

- Set up live/simu-live/on-demand/webinars, including registration, and create an effective digital communication strategy to promote webinars.

- Webinar production and delivery of live/simu-live/on-demand webinars; providing input and support to facilitators during webinars, such as monitoring chat and setting up & managing breakout rooms

- Create, maintain, and execute a quarterly webinar schedule

- Define success metrics and track the success of webinars.

Skills and Experience :

- 5-7 years' experience in a SaaS B2B environment

- Experience in Enterprise Software product marketing required

- Experience in planning & executing webinar and virtual event programs

- Passionate storyteller: ability to craft compelling messaging and content

- Experience working with webinar and virtual event technologies such as Zoom webinar, Livestorm is a plus

- Exposure to automation & CRM tool such as Hubspot and Salesforce is desirable
