Chapter Vitamins - Technical Delivery Manager

- Define & Enable Operating & Engagement Model for the DevOps and Cloud Transformation engagements.

- Guide the technical team with DevOps concepts and Cloud for delivery.

- Work with the architects by participating in architectural and design workshops wherever required.

- Interact with stakeholders on the application lifecycle of running projects and identify the process issues

- Work with and help account managers to manage client expectation and help bag new projects

- Overall Management across COE and allocation of resources to projects

- Come up delivery Schedule in terms of mile-stone and specific tasks to be completed

- Sprint Planning & Execution for Solution Design & Engineering Activities

- Work on RFP, proposals and SOWs.

- Effectively manage Risk

- Management of escalations and suggest remedial actions and execute it.

- Dependency Management

- Quality Management

- Define and update COE Metrics, Reporting

- Ensures visibility of DevOps and Cloud Transformation projects to the upper management.

- Conceptualizes reports, dashboards, and other high-level views into project process.

- Stakeholder Management & Coordination

- Coordinate vendors, users, operations, and other stakeholders
