This role is to lead the - People Development- function at Channelplay. Role &amp; Responsibilities : - Lead the performance management processes for regular incentives as well as appraisals and increments. - Lead the HIPO &amp; Succession Planning processes (to identify and nurture high-potential resources) at Channelplay. - Lead the Learning &amp; Development processes to ensure effective training planning and delivery that meets team and organizational objectives. - Conduct data driven analysis on HR metrics such as recruitment parameters, team performance, exit reasons etc. to identify and drive improvements that deliver business impact. - Contribute to HR Strategy design for delivering continuous improvement in Channelplay HR processes and outcomes. - Contribute to design of Channelplay's in-house HRMS suite to drive effective system enablement of HR processes. Skills &amp; Experience Required for Success in This Role : - Experience in all above roles as a team member, if not a leader - Great people and communication skills for effective stakeholder management to drive success of HR initiatives - Deep exposure to one or more HRMS/HCM solutions
