Role &amp; Responsibilities: - Deep engagement with client for any new implementation to understand problems faced by the business team and providing a robust solution using 1 Channel SFA - Help client to derive maximum value out of 1 Channel implementation - Ensuring a seamless post-implementation support to client for already implemented features as well as new requirements - Looking for revenue generation opportunities from existing client base - Contributing towards improvement of product and internal processes - Coaching and mentoring his/her team Required Skills: - Hands-on implementation and support experience (preferably in some SFA or Retail Execution solution) - Strong business analysis skill - Significant experience in client engagement - Experience in Data Analytics - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Excellent People Management skills - Experience in Retail Execution (sales, distribution, merchandising etc.) will be a plus
