They sign-up with us for Installation, Uninstallation, On-Site Repair and Off-Site Repair. - Clients include Samsung, Amazon, Nidoo, Videocon, Croma, Santafe, Induscraft amongst others. The current team size is 18 people that provide services across 45 cities to 20+ clients in portfolio. With HO in Gurgaon, we have regional offices in Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kolkata. - Current handymen network is of 250 professional handymen. Each trainable handymen will be hand-picked by you before he/she joins EasyFix. We pay significant attention to development of behavioral skills with the help of continuous trainings and post training evaluations. With industry and Government focus on #SkillIndia EASYFix aims set new benchmarks in Industry. - You will be one of the key people in frontline. Responsible to manage PAN India on-field last mile handymen delivery. City managers are located across top 6 metro cities, they manage respective territories. They will report to you. Other than technical skills - mentioned below - we will be looking for a personality with business acumen. 1. Multi City Discipline - CM Team, Daily attendance, Daily schedule and KPI tracking 2. Internal & External Training - Maintain training score & calendar for workmen. Delivery Trainings. Coordinate with CM's for B2B trainings conducted by clients. 3. Technical Knowledge - Construction Knowhow and internal team training on Carpentry, Electrical, Electronics, Civil and Handymen Service Market. 4. Multi City Management - Ensure HO & City Managers are in rhythm. Communication sync for new/old strategy. Coordination and implementing HO plans at national level. 5. Building Workmen Loyalty - For our true value-proposition develop trust, respect and loyalty amongst workmen. 6. Workmen Quality Control - Each workmen gets into EasyFix eco system ONLY after your approval 7. Workmen Service Delivery Audit - Daily performance Audit for last day & MTD Results. 8. Business Development - Month on Month New Business from existing clients. New Business leads.
