Channelplay - Manager - Quality Control/Assurance

We are hiring Quality Control Manager for our client who is one of the leading company in fragrance industry.

Role & Responsibility :

- Get new products developed as per prevalent food standards.

- Ensure quality consistency in every batch produced.

- Drive company quality standards, supporting external audits and regulatory inspections and applying feedback to correct deficiency.

- Successfully document and implement standards as per Food and Drug Administration, Food Safety Standards as per FSSAI Authority.

- Successfully implemented process of change control, cosmetic GMP with reference to ISO 22716 / QMS 9001 2015 / BMR BPR as per FDA / Legal metrology compliance / BIS testing for cosmetics / Quality SOPs.

- Successful lab setup as per the guidelines provided by BIS.

- Responsible for approval of cosmetics formulations from State Drug Authority.

- Spearheaded continuous improvement activities, driving changes and adapting to evolving production demands.

- Address and implement corrective actions to resolve customer quality issues
across sites.

- Customized quality control system with continuous performance monitoring.

- Checked conformance of raw material, purchased parts, and finished products against quality specification.

- Met regulatory requirements with routine and surprise tests and through documentation.

- Helped management interpret QC information with well-organized and timely manner.

Experiences Required:

- 5-10 years' experience into Quality Management.

- Having experience / knowledge into HACCP

- Experience in IPQC

- Prior experience - setting up and operating Quality Lab
