Roles &amp; Responsibilities: 1) Business Management - Manage a P&amp;L of over Rs. 200 crores in revenue, with all attendant responsibilities of Team Management, Operational Management, Client Management &amp; Financial Management. 2) Business Strategy - Develop &amp; execute a strategic roadmap for the business that includes operational excellence generation strategies and innovation strategies to gain and maintain an industry leader position in all our business areas. 3) Business Growth - Working closely with the Business Development team to participate in new sales opportunities and grow Channelplay's business. 4) People Management - Nurture &amp; build a team of the industry's best professionals to deliver on continuously increasing scale and scope of the business. Skills &amp; Experience Required for Success in This Role: 1) Functional Expertise - You will need to have deep expertise in one or more of Channelplay's business verticals which will enable you to add your capabilities to our existing ecosystem and build a business that's increasingly differentiated and more successful than competition. 2) Operational Management - You will need to have depth of experience in managing size and complexity of business in your area to be able to deliver a delightful level of service to a large number of clients while managing a team of 50 or more professionals and significant revenue. 3) P&amp;L Management - You will have demonstrated experience in managing an independent P&amp;L with responsibility for revenues &amp; costs. 4) People Management - You will have significant experience in hiring high quality mid and senior level managers, and managing and nurturing them to grow their careers and grow along with your team.
