Roles & Responsibility:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve FASTag sales targets.

- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, monitor industry trends and stay ahead of competition.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and other stakeholders in the Banking and FASTag ecosystem.

- Stay abreast of the latest developments in FASTag technology and regulations, ensuring all stakeholders and partners are well- trained on these.

- Lead and motivate the sales team to drive results, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team success.

- Stay informed about relevant regulations and ensure that all sales activities adhere to legal and regulatory standards.

- Work with Product and tech team to ensure the products and services are always designed with customer First solutions.

- Training of larger team and partners on new product features and processes

- Data Analysis study to understand the business dynamics and prepare the strategies accordingly.

- Report management

- Responsible for assigned business P&L
