Experience : 7 to 10 Years in Security - Software Sales

Education: Engineering Graduate - B.E./B.Tech./MCA

Job Location : Bangalore

Required Skill : Deep understanding of the full sales life-cycle and sales process

Job Description:

The position seeks professional Business Development Managers who can drive sales of Companies products, services and solutions through channels and direct.

- Responsible for managing and growing territory coverage with Channel partners, maximizing short term revenue, building future sales pipeline through demonstrated account and territory planning.

- Responsible for Account Management and Partner Management.

- Drive the development of regional or national sales strategies.

- Help management to assess, build and develop individual and team capability, ready to scale in support of companies growth

- Lead a team of Sales resources through matrix relationships to drive sales

- Apply both tactical and strategic go to market models aimed at growing the customer base both in the short and long terms to drive higher revenues, customer growth and customer retention.

- Assist in facilitating and brokering significant deals that may involve channel conflicts or competing interests both internally and with external partners

- Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales achievement

- Develop excellent relationships with channel partner and Account managers to obtain leads and undertake joint marketing and sales activities.

- Develop strong channel presence in regional markets to ensure good coverage.

- Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.

- Report regularly on sales progress and work with peers to overcome obstacles.
