- Overall Sales In-charge for Agency and including Policies Sales, Market development & Promoting series of Products .
- Requiting agency advisor ship and Business Partners and penetration of the branch.
- Successfully Handling & Satisfying the Agency Team by Paying Attention towards their needs & motivating through personal interaction & arranging the same to meet their demands
- Making aware of Competitor knowledge and Training on our Product line.
- Analyzing various activities and reporting to the Sr Branch Manager.
- Responsible for recruitment of Channel partner through various sources to ensure achievement of business targets
- Accountable for Training and Development of Each Channel partner thus recruited and activating them as per the company guidelines.
