Roles & Responsibilities:  1) Partner Development, Channel Sales and Alliance Management:  - Responsible for Sales of ERP softwares through channel across the country.   - Managing Large System Integrators, T2 Channel Partners, Resellers  - Identification and recruitment of potential partners, Work on Go-To-Market Strategy with them & Achieve Top Line & Bottom Line Quota with net new Set of Partners.  - Funnel Management & Business Planning with Partners to drive Sales Revenue.   - Manage all marketing related events, seminars, mailings, and call campaigns to increase product awareness.   2) Vendor Management:   - Develop detailed sales & marketing strategic business plans for West as a region.  - Developing and Registering new Partners with Oracle and thereby bringing business by acquiring more customers through them  - Work closely with Account Managers, Pre-Sales & ISR team to close the deal.  - Conducting Product briefing sessions for the partner/customer to create awareness of new product and its features, comparison with competition products   - Executing go-to-market plan of a vendor to augment Business & Maintain Market Share.  3) Direct Sales & Account Management:  - Responsible for Acquisition of New Mid-Market Customer, Starting from Lead Generation to Close Sales.  - To Meet & Understand Customer Pain Area & Propose Solution to them with help of Vendor account Manager & Pre Sales team  - To close on pricing, delivery, taxes and other commercials with respect to the sale of Products & Services
