4. Focus On The Key Metrics . New Card Acquisition (NAA) From The Sales Team . Cost Of Acquisition . % Of Acquisitions That Are HVCM . First Year Attrition Rate . Deployment Of People Practices Such As PMP, Coaching & Feedback . Attrition Of Team Members . Controls And Compliance
