We have an opportunity with a leading MNC Bank for Sales Manager role
Dimensions of the Job are mentioned below:
- Responsible for acquisition of multiple Consumer Banking products
- Responsible for selling the entire gamut of products to customers through an In-sourced channel
- Leading & Managing performance of 8-10 In-Sourced Team.
- Accountable for Sales Performance
- Formulating channel based sales strategies to ensure maximum penetration of the desired customer segments in key customer touch points
- Test & execute alternative, innovative models for acquisition to establish scalable & sustainable alternate channels
- Business Development to expand the target market within approved segments and Execute Marketing campaigns / perceptual scale events and drive for results
- Ensure compliance and integrity of the Distribution w.r.t. recruitment, sourcing and documentation.
- Ensure quality and minimize upfront rejects to control operating costs.
Candidate Specifications:
- Sales Experience
- Strong team-work with good leadership and motivational skills
- Self Motivated with ability to create sales opportunities for his team
- Ability to understand and drive multi product volumes and understand / improve sales processes
- We are looking for MBA from Premier b-schools with 3-4 years of Channel Sales experience
or MBA from Tier 3 institutes with 4-5 years of Channel Sales experience
