We have an opportunity with a leading MNC Bank for Channel Sales Manager role:
Responsibilities:
Responsible for acquisition of consumer bank products
- Delivering acquisition plans for Personal Loans
- Responsible for selling the entire gamut of PL to the customer after assessing customer segment & sourcing strategy
- Leading & Managing performance of 40-50 -outsourced sales team members.
- Managing out sourced Channels to deliver the product
- To forge partnerships with corporates for achieving incremental sales volumes
- Creation of new sourcing channels and Business Development to expand the target market within approved segments – micro marketing events, activity to generate new to bank databases for calling and sourcing
- Ensure quality and minimize upfront rejects to control operating costs.
- Run and operate tele sales channel with full focus on bank laid processes and procedures
- Ensuring adherence to Compliance guidelines / Audit
- Test & execute alternative, innovative models for acquisition to establish scalable & sustainable alternate channels.
- Ensure compliance and integrity of the Distribution w.r.t. recruitment, sourcing and documentation and any other parameter, variable.
Candidate Specifications/Job Challenges
- Commitment to meet Sales Plan Numbers
- Strong team-player with good relationship, leadership and motivational skills
- Self-starter and should be able to work independently
- Good team player and should be able to work well with credit admin, credit policy, product and other business functions
We are looking for MBA from Premier b-schools with 2-5 years of Channel Sales experience
