Job Location : Mumbai or Any other Metro Location Key Responsibilities : GTM plan for the region : - Analyse the existing channel constructs and inputs from shopping insights to support the region head in laying out the channel strategy or framework - Converting Shopper Channel Insights into high ROI shopper and promotional plans - Channel growth and profitability : - Developing shopper &amp; channel plans. - Conducts analysis on Shopper Insights and proposes actions which are shared with the Sales and Marketing team to help in the development of their plans and strategies. - Owns the channel assortments for the category and defines servicing norms as per channel prioritisation - Leads and supports the implementation of channel AOP Monitoring ROI on promotional grid by channel Actual spend vs. Planned budget : - Evaluation of the initiatives /projects - Merchandiser effectiveness/ROI - Existence of clear standards and specifications for POPMs to guide stakeholders in countries - Advices on regional BTL initiatives (incl merchandising) and reviews effectiveness - Works with central category teams and regional teams to ensure consistency in Point of Purchase Materials Managing Sales Capability Programs : - Actual Implementation vs. Planned trainings - Develop and coach sales operations team to execute channel plans and strategies - Continuous improvement in in store metrics of % perfect stores - Defining the Win in store model for each channel and reviewing progress against key milestones - He has to travel to African countries
