Responsibilities:
Client servicing | Customer Success | Account management.
- Liaison with employees at all levels & functions
- Should possess flawless approach in setting up SOPs & process roadmaps, beneficial for the smooth functioning & growth of the loyalty programs.
- Will be responsible to drive consistent growth in the active members participation (at each prog level) & operate with high level of accuracy to ensure impeccable reward redemption proposition
- Close coordination & manage frequent client visits to initiate meetings in person
- Problem solving ability & best in incident management
- Drive automation of processes across campaign lifecycle management, sales operations, compliance etc.
- Delivering positive Csat from the client end & keeping a proactive approach in minimizing grievances/ escalations P&L management for the assigned programs, increasing revenue & profitability.
- Understanding the Loyalty landscape and build, design and operate a successful program for the client Leadership & teamwork
- Accountable for leading customer contact initiatives, including analytical insights and capabilities.
- Provide guidance, mentoring and knowledge transfer to other team members
Qualifications: Graduate/ MBA/PGDM
4 - 6 Years of experience
