Partner Development Manager
FutureLeap Search has been mandated by a very well- funded SaaS organization to hire a dynamic Channel Partner Development Manager to scale their Partnerships and Revenue.
ROLE:
- Existing Partners client base nurturing, cross-sell and upsell to the partner's base.
- Be an Account Manager at the organization for Partner's base.
- Be a key contact point at the organization for technology partners and facilitate meaningful relationships between organization teams(Product + Sales + Partner Account Managers) and our Partners' teams. (sales, sales engineering, marketing & events, product, executives)
- Maintain a pipeline of partnership opportunities that drive both reach and revenue for the organization's product.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6-8+ years of work experience in any SaaS/cloud-first company, specifically in partner onboarding or field channel sales teams.
- Must possess the ability and energy to search, reach, and convert partners in and around their region- either on the field or through remote connections.
- A pre-existing network of partners or knowledge of the cloud/SaaS partner ecosystem will be preferred.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated individuals with the desire to grow rapidly.
- Open to extensive travel within the domestic market and non-US markets.
- Should be proficient in the local language of the region being focused on.
