Opening for Channel Marketing Support (individual Role) in a leading Bank Location : Kolkata Responsibilities - Responsible for co-ordinating with Marketing team on all D2C (Direct to Customer) communication & creating of collaterals to drive various business KPIs. - Getting all such collaterals & communication approved by concerned stakeholders & ensuring implementation thereof. - Bring about innovation & creativity in our customer communication & review communication methodology to ensure channel optimization. - To ensure efficacy of communication channels & ensure optimum utilization of given resources & budget to reach our target segments in the most efficient manner. - Designing strategies & campaigns to drive login & usage of our Digital Platforms. - Ensure higher adoption & usage from Non users & digitally enabled customers. - Timely & accurate submission of relevant regulatory reports to relevant authorities. - Drive & develop alternate channels like phone banking to drive new user registrations. - Cross Sell of Third Party products for the bank through digital platforms & ensure achievement of yearly budgets for the said products.
